RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Cancel Policy
(1). Order within 1 day of payment, we will cancel the order and refund it fully for you.
(2). Order within 2 days of payment but not shipping, we can cancel the order and refund 90% of the total amount since our staff has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s warehouse.
(3). Order with shipping, sorry that we can not cancel the order. Please understand.

2. Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@cexynail.com. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items to cover the cost of processing the order. CEXYNAIL will not be responsible for the shipping costs on returned items.

Special circumstances:
1. Since our products are sold worldwide, although it is a very small probability, your parcel may encounter customs clearance, in this case please contact our customer service at first to assist in solving the problem. However, if you refuse to pick up your package, we will not be able to guarantee a full refund.
2.If the parcel is sent to the wrong address because the customer filled in the wrong address himself/herself, we will provide the information of the logistics provider to assist in modifying the address, but we will not make a refund..
